Paranoia
Hey, I don’t know much about PPD but I did look up the symptoms and I match a lot of them, but I don’t self diagnose. It’s noted on doctors system I have suffered with paranoia from a young age, often with delusions, usually about harm to or those I care about. But the prolonged time I’ve had this made me think it could be PPD. But recently the thoughts and delusions are so much worse, I will go out and often have a panic attack or breakdown not long after leaving the house, this can be triggered by a lot of things, mainly people looking at me or what I think is following me too long. I’m also very convinced I’m going to be killed soon, also that I’m being spied on and tracked and they’re feeding someone bad my personal info & lastly that I may of done something so awful that idk about that the police are after me for.

Hey Cake
I can certainly understand how such thoughts are upsetting to you. Consulting a professional doctor or therapist may be able to help you with treatment. We can't offer advice but we can offer you support in your journey in getting assistance. Wishing you all the best!

Thank you, I not long ago spoke to the doctor and the gave me a certain tablet (idk if we can name them on here) and I’ve felt nothing but ill since taken them and they know that. It’s hard to function most days and the last doctor said try and wait it out a bit longer and if they don’t stop (the symptoms) then we have to contact mental health teams again but they’re stretched in the UK
I definitely see where you are coming from! I have had my psychiatrist tell me I may have some Paranoia. If your delusions and breakdowns are getting more frequent and worse, I definitely recommend telling your doctor about it. Let them know a bit about what’s going on in your life too-not just the symptoms you are experiencing. I’m no psychologist or anything-despite really wanting to become one-but I do think it’s important for you to tell your doctor as soon as possible and let them know exactly what’s been happening. Hope this helps
