...See more I've been in isolation for almost a year and wanted to get out of this so i am making myself better everyday. it would be helpful if you can give me tips how to overcome social anxiety. it's just hard for me cause i barely speak or let's say i only speak few words everyday or none at all. i feel so lost when i am infront of someone. even when playing video games if i turn my coms/mic on i starts to shake and my heart beat really fast. my goal is to speak clearly and maybe anyone here knows any website where I can talk and listen to someone. was planning on watching yt vids, maybe you have suggestions where i should start?
