...See more Hello. I would like to share my case with so that I could get proper help and advice. I currently work in the company where my colleague stares at me all the time during the meetings, but does not speak to me and ignore me when we are together with other colleagues. He is not a talkative man (40+), and even greets some specific people, not everyone. I am almost 8 months in the company and he used to irritate me due to his approach such as selecting peop to greet and speak, whereas ignoring others. Once, in last fall we were in the field trip together and he demonstrated himself as a good team leader. He impressed me when he saw me off till the taxi. However, the next day at the office when he entered our office he ignored me and spoke to other female colleagues. I thought after this joint trip he will not ignore me as a person at least. He stares at me all the time during the meetings and usually rub his crotch while watching me right in the meetings. As I am sensitive towards him I can notice his every action. He is in a committed relationship, he has a girlftiend in another country. But he does not stop watching me that makes me unsettled, confused, I can even forget my reflections I want to express and I guess I love him now. Even though, I also started to ignore him and do not greet him. Could you please advise me why he is acting so? What is his purpose? Many thanks.
