...See more So today I'll be talking about a really uncomfortable topic for a lot of students and learners here. Test anxiety is a psychological condition involving extreme distress, worry, and physical tension before or during exams that impairs performance. It combines physical symptoms, emotional reactions, and cognitive challenges. So personally speaking I have faced this quiet a lot of times in my life and I never knew what to do, exams are one of the very frightening events we go through in our lives no matter how much you have prepared for it or you haven't it still affects you. The goal of this post is to lay a foundation stone and stir up this sub community about this very common experience and to discuss more about issues like these.  If you read till here, what was/is your way of dealing with test anxiety and how efficient do you think it is?

...See more Hey,I just want to update today's log,didn't do much today on cups except finishing a training on getting unstuck and spending time in LSR, provided some links to people. Coming back to the irl situation we need to make some tough decisions and act on them which I think I am avoiding, I really need to do them so let's hope in tommorw:s log you'll see it. ...See more Hey today I wanted to skip this cause I didn't achieve much to share but then after spending some time around I gathered some courage and here I am * Had a nice chat with friends in pms * Enjoyed spending time in LSR * Used member account to calm myself down * Hosted a sharing circle session * Co-hosted another sharing circle session  * Finished training on college life * Now doing 'getting unstuck' It was a chill day and I relaxed today, see you tomorrow till then take care

...See more Hello everyone, welcome in another day another log with me, today was chill so I woke up with the radiance of morning sun and birds chirping, then I just had a lazy morning schedule but had a morning chat with an older listener. Started the day easy and just relaxed today came to cups back and forth but not for too long. Then in the afternoon I took a nap,it's not usual for me because it affects my night sleep time and might affect tomorrow's morning schedule as well. After waking up I had some snacks, and then listened to songs, hosted a session on Sharing circle, one of my friends made some pfps for me (yes I have cool friends even on cups). I am planning to do more training courses so let's see if I finish any. Till then take care 💛💛

...See more Hello everyone we are back again and I am writing this log again because I had to open another tab and it didn't save. Thanks for the love and support 💛 One thing I observed is that we have different personality irl and online and we really don't wanna mix them. 1. Replied to pms and comments. 2. Hosted a sharing session on SC. 3. Spent around 3 hours on SC 4. Spent some time on SR and actually enjoyed it first time  (filled the form to be the room supporter there) 5. Spent time with friends on LSR with friends. 6. Had some good one on one with members whom I knew from before 7. Also got long ears badge for more than 300 chats in 3 months which is actually two months cause I was in break one month. Now that I don't have to fill any forms it's kinda calm,I am thinking of starting to continue other programs in training courses section.  Kinda felt burn out too, so will manage things in better ways, also it was windy and rainy here so enjoyed the weather.  Also didn't get to talk with a friend cause they were not free today.  That's it for today, come tomorrow take care 💛

...See more Hello everyone, this is my first time posting in any sub community and I am glad I found something that I could relate with. I'll keep it short and simple so it's easy to follow through, to know more about me you can just open my profile:)  1. Completed the verification process 2. Finished reading the documents attached with Member Room supporter form 3. Filled the form for Member room supporter. 4. Connected with an older member,and with a couple of new members 5. Will host a session in sharing circle (around 9 AM ET) 6. Will try to get back to studies and study for atleast an hour.
