...See more The worst thing is not knowing what I'm anxious about. I'll be sat at work and will feel a panic attack coming on from nowhere. My hands shake and I can't breathe. It's at the point I'm neglecting myself, I've lost over a stone in a month just by not eating well. I just feel lost and overwhelmed.
