...See more i struggle with an ed since i was 8, i even have photos of little me with my bones dropping out my skin but my parents always think that I just eat little because ive eaten like this since they can remember but i don't eat anything or drink anything for two weeks and then for a day i ate my whole fridge, and then the circle continues i hate throwing up, please it's been nearly seven years and i still haven't figured out how can i change ty if you read this and remember to drink water! have a nice day, im always here if anyone wants help <3

...See more i have never had panic attacks in my entire life they only came this year i have so many things going on and this aren't helping me at all i struggle with an ed, with my family, with school and with my homophobic parents i don't know how to stop this panic attacks they came so frequently I can't handle them rn, i have too much going on i want to scream in my pillow and fall asleep, but thanks to my insomnia I can't what can I do? just to stop them so after them i will resolve the other problems, but with this anxiety i can't solve them sorry for this long text but i usually help my friends so i don't get much help hope ur having a great day and remember do drink water!!
