...See more I’ve been having a lot of thoughts I don’t want in my head and I’m struggling to stop them. And it triggers my anxiety, I feel like I can’t talk to anyone in my family about it because I’m also socially anxious. I can’t really bring myself to find a therapist online who could help and I’ve been feeling so exhausted from it.
