...See more For the past 2 years I’ve been really skinny my freshman year I started smoking so much to the point where I would fall asleep all day and only eat up to 1 meal a day at night before going back to sleep then go to school would grab a small snack go home say I wasn’t hungry and I ate at school smoke and go to sleep and repeat everyday for almost 6 months I’m 5’11 and weight 130 lbs my doctor told me I was supposed to be anywhere from 145 to 155 my parents have bought me protein powder and all sorts of things to help me gain weight I’m built like a skeleton I have no muscle I’m a twig you can see the bones in my body thru my chest and I seriously want help or get advice on things I can do to help me gain weight people have told me to just eat more but the thing is I never feel hungry i could eat 1 meal at 2pm and that’s enough to have my stomach full which i know it isn’t normal but if no one reminds me to eat then my body never feels hungry and I wanna start looking in better shape for my girlfriend.
