I'm currently studying in the health field, so this is how I act on 7 Cups:

1. Listener: Actively listening, based mostly on psychotherapy and neurocognitive therapy (the approach depends on the issue.)
2. Mentoring: Evaluation and help towards 7 Cups new and old listeners. Practical advice on how to proceed on other issues.
3. Psychoanalytical approach: If desired so, a psychoanalytical approach can be done. It consists in active listening, in order to tap into the unconscious mind, sometimes forgotten experiences.

I) I prioritise listening to ⌈Bipolar, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and LGBTQ+ issues.⌋
II) I chat with many people at the same time. Please be aware of that as I can take some time to answer - but you'll be answered.
III) I work with no judgment policy. If your approach suggests a prank or any other non-serious situation, I'll immediately end the conversation.
IV) English is not my first language; please be aware I may make mistakes.
