...See more I have what my therapist called recurring and prolonged trauma that I never really dealt with. I have tried dealing with it and when I feel like I might actually be doing better something else traumatic happens. I’m continually worried about what will happen next. I’m to the point I really don’t want to be close to anyone anymore. The less connections a person has the less chances to get hurt is my thinking. I just don’t know how to keep going and stay sane.
