...See more Hi, Ive been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and have been on an SSRI since march, in July I got bumped up to the full tablet as I was taking a half tablet for a while due to anxiety about nausea and other symptoms. The past few days, almost a week I have been feeling off. I cant focus at all in class, Im constantly moving and wandering around my campus unable to relax or sit down for long periods of time. I cant stop drawing (Im an artist but before this I wasnt drawing nearly as much) and have been obsessing about my worldbuilding more than usual. I want to say I feel erratic, my boyfriend can sense my energy through the flood of texts I keep sending him. I feel like Im buzzing with energy and cant stop for long. My mind and body feel like theyre on two different levels (physical body feels hunger, but mentally I feel no need to eat, although I still eat eventually). I constantly have thoughts about acting on impulse, like I want to do something illegal/bad or run away to the city and get lost in the crowd where nobody can find me. While I am sleeping at night, my mind constantly wants to stay awake until the point where my body is too tired to do so, at which point my mind is frustrated I couldnt stay up all night to work on projects. I cant stop moving/flapping my hands, rocking, or other odd behaviors (like not stepping on cracks on the sidewalks). I even started cackling last night in the shower for no apparent reason, not sure why. I dont know what to do. I need to get myself together but I just cant, I feel like Im spiraling into an artificial euphoria and I cant tell if its the meds or something else.
