Hi! I'm excited to be a part of the 7 cups community.
A little bit about me;
I'm an Indian women who grew up in the diaspora of Dubai and currently working as an ABA trainee on my way to start a master's in Integrative Psychotherapy in the UK. I am also a clinical psychology intern and participate as a shadow lister to therapy sessions. I am particularly inspired by Esther Perel, like her, I aspire to create a safe and empathetic space for individuals to explore and navigate the complexities of their emotions and relationships. As a volunteer listener, I believe in the power of empathy and active listening to provide support and comfort to those who need it. I'm a good listener, patient, and nonjudgmental, and I'm here to lend an ear to anyone who reaches out. :)
