...See more Hello, For the past few months, I've been riding a wave of depression and apathy. There have been low points where I've felt extremely down and in pain, but right now I'm stuck in a cage of apathy where I can't bring myself to care about anything or feel. Because of this, I've lost all motivation and will to do anything, sometimes even forgetting to do basic things such as eat. Any advice on how to regain feeling and motivation in order to get back on track? Thank you.
