Breakup mess

...See more my boyfriend of two years broke up with me beavsue of long distance and because he told me he felt differently and that was why he was treating me bad and so that happened and I found out that after 2 weeks of breaking up he got with another girl which literally broke me and so I talked to some friends that I hadn’t talked in a long time about him and what he did to me and just about him in general and I feel like a did talk about him and I feel so bad about it but another problem that came up is that those friends got mad at me because the said that I only talked to them so I could vent about him and so I feel bad now because they distanced themselves from me and the problem is that there also friends with him and so now I’m overwhelmed that they might tell him what I said about him and I know I did wrong but I said sorry like 2 times and I don’t know what to do anymore and I just overthink everything and I just feel terrible because I don’t know why I said what I said I guess that I said it in a moment where I was mad and just overwhelmed about the situation but now I don’t know how to fix all of this and so everything can be okay.
