...See more Greetings, I found this forum after searching for free therapy. I can’t afford a therapist as I am unemployed. I have a ton to unpack but my biggest battle is that I am blamed for everything. Since my mom died, I have been become the the punching bag. I always get lectured and shamed that I don’t have a lot friends. Frankly, the more “ friends” I have the more isolated I feel. I am perfectly happy reading a book or pursing my hobbies that keep me grounded. Anytime I make any achievements in life, my phone rings and I get told what an awful job I have , what terrible place I live. If Ian focused snd enjoying my job ( when I had one) I got told that you will risk losing friends. My brother is the opposite. Always approval seeking, has enormous circle of friends but is utterly clueless about what he likes to do and lacks complete self awareness. I get lectured all the time how bad I am as a person. It is all my fault that I am in situation that I am in. Everything I can’t move forward
