Anxiety after head injury

...See more A few weeks ago I had a traumatic head will jury from an accident and spent over a week in hospital because of it. There were fears over my memory being effected amongst other things but the most difficult thing that I'm dealing with right now, are these constant physical symptoms of anxiety. Such as aching in my joints, constantly tense, knots in my stomach, extra effort to breathe and not have a panic attack, just generally constantly feeling like I'd just had a huge scare,on edge and uncomfortable all the time but no anxious thoughts, I can be thinking lots of nice happy thoughts and still feel this way, its the weirdest thing ever.... I was just wondering if anyone else can relate to this?
