...See more I’ve recently been approved for intermittent medical leave for my depression and other mental health issues. I’ve been using it I feel too much. I’ve missed a lot of work and it’s not like I’ll be punished for it but I’m in a vicious cycle of missing work and then stressing about missing work so I don’t sleep and the morning I’m exhausted and end up calling in again. It makes me feel worse that I can’t function as an adult and work and part of me knows it’s the depression talking but I just feel like what’s the point. I’m tired of waking up every day. I’m tired of working or missing work every day. I’m tired of having to eat, shower, care for myself etc on a daily basis and I just don’t know what to do.
