...See more I recently lost a really good friend to suicide and have been having a difficult time coping with the waves of depression and anxiety that have resulted from this event. I am high functioning where I am working and socializing but when I’m alone I often feel the grief I have pushed aside crash down on me. I don’t where to start aside from giving myself time, but all I want is to feel better.
