...See more ive just graduated university after 4 years of full time study, 2.5hrs commuting everyday and working along side studying and im so lost. im at a job at the moment that has turned extremely toxic very fast and i dont like the way its going and im afraid its going to effect my mental health again. and i honestly feel like not going anymore, but i cant stay unemployed because i need to pay my rent ð«£ i have previously admitted 3 times for BPD (on our national health service page thing says ive actually got "EUPD") last year and i slowly feel like im going to be admitted again. I live alone and i currently dont have a psychiatrist (because i screwed up the last one and theres not alot in my city) and we have 2 mental health clinics as well as 1 psychiatric hospital (which is literally like what you see in the movies i.e inhumane) im just lost on what i want to do in life, i haven't got any ideas and if im completely honest i wouldn't mind not having one. any ideas on how to somehow start getting my life on track? how to find a job that i actually like? how to get on my feet mentally and perhaps any advice on how to manage my BPD (EUPD)? I feel so alone
