Hello! My name is Audrey. I’m here on 7 Cups of Tea because I’m very empathetic and I seem to attract people who need someone to talk to. I’m hoping to further improve my listening skills here so that I’ll be better able to help the people I love! I best know how to handle issues dealing with anxiety, depression, self harm, and eating disorders (as I’ve personally dealt with this issues) but I’m open to listen to anyone!
