...See more I am 23 years old, and I have been struggling with this addiction for approximately 11 years. I genuinely want to overcome it because I feel it has negatively affected my mental health, my perception of the opposite gender, and the way I interact with other people. I want to break free from this habit, develop a healthier mindset, build better relationships, and regain control over my thoughts and behavior. I understand that overcoming an addiction takes time, discipline, and consistency, but I am willing to put in the effort to make a lasting change. I would sincerely appreciate any advice, practical strategies, resources, or recommended videos that could help me overcome this addiction. I am committed to improving myself, changing my habits, and becoming a healthier version of myself, mentally and emotionally.
