Are there tips or advices you could give me for my porn addiction?
I am 23 years old, and I have been struggling with this addiction for approximately 11 years. I genuinely want to overcome it because I feel it has negatively affected my mental health, my perception of the opposite gender, and the way I interact with other people.
I want to break free from this habit, develop a healthier mindset, build better relationships, and regain control over my thoughts and behavior. I understand that overcoming an addiction takes time, discipline, and consistency, but I am willing to put in the effort to make a lasting change.
I would sincerely appreciate any advice, practical strategies, resources, or recommended videos that could help me overcome this addiction. I am committed to improving myself, changing my habits, and becoming a healthier version of myself, mentally and emotionally.

I understand that you are struggling and have a desire to improve your health. There are therapist here at Cups if you are looking for that. Also, if you do an online search, there a numerous support groups and organizations that offer help. I applaud you for attempting to better yourself. Good luck with this!

Thank you for your honesty 💙
P.orn of itself is natural and a normal part of life but what becomes the problem is when it takes over our lives and becomes a fixation.
And when the gratification is over, we chase more and more often in darker places.
And we see relationships in an unrealistic and unhealthy manner.
We feel that we are entitled to certain things when in reality we aren't 💙
It's important to watch less and less each day and swap it for a physical outlet to get out the same frustrations and energy 💙

23use reading mode on your phone but if I can use grey scale
24journaling. Write what ever is in your mind but not negative thoughts or just scribble in the paper
