Anxiety—My worse Demon

...See more Hey Y’all, I’m kinda new to doing this but: I’m Ashton, I’m 18, and I battle with anxiety. I been trying to keep it regulated and under control. Everyday it seems to get worse and worse until, once you know it, I am having a panic attack. For example: When my partner goes quiet, leaves me on read, doesn’t talk, or hangs out with someone I know 100% is platonic friendship I begin to freak out. My chest begin to tighten, I shake, I make involuntary noises, I can’t breathe, my brain rushes with ‘what-if’ thoughts. I know this can be extremely destructive to my relationship and mental health. But I decided to not stand around and take action upon it. I need some advice on how to atleast manage it to calm down when I know my partner isn’t cheating or doesnt hate me. My relationship is still relatively new so I haven’t caused anything yet, and I’m trying to prevent it.
