...See more I am not the best in English because I am from Germany but I try my best. I am suffering from social anxiety. It's basically effecting my whole life and is probably the center of all my problems. I am especially anxious about public speaking. In my Job its a main component. So I live a restless life. I feel like I have no time to take a breath. I am under constant pressure. Even if I try to enjoy my free time the anxiety shows up. But I made some progress by constantly facing my fear. But I am still far away from where I want to be.
