My name is Jocelyn. I live out in California with my Husband and 2 crazy dogs. I’ve always enjoyed learning about our brains and how we function and why we behave in certain ways, and because of that i’ve decided to pursue a major for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I love being able to help in anyway way I can so i’m very excited to be a listening ear!
I have taken many classes most recent being Positive psychology, in which I have been able to learn different techniques and interventions one can do to improve quality of life! Even if I can just provide a space for someone to vent, or talk to I would be a more than happy! I myself deal with mental health problems, but with some help and support we can all be okay!
