Divorce sucks

...See more Hello all, I'm a 36 year old male whose wife just filed for divorce. I'm embarrassed to admit that I can't really blame her. I've hade struggles with alcohol and I promise throughout the years to remain sober but relapsed repeatedly. I have put her through so much and I still love her dearly. I know that there's nothing I could say to bring her back and change what I've done in the past. We were together for 10 years but had no kids so there's less baggage in separation. I'm so down on myself for what I've become. Throughout the years I really let myself go which I know added to the situation. I moved to a city that I don't know anybody in for her, now she's gone and I'm alone. I have no friends or family nearby. I do have a successful career which is my only up side. I'm going to give it my all too stop the booze and get back in the gym. I'm just so crushed right now and I'm afraid of being alone. I always wanted a family of my own and my life is ticking by. I feel so defeated and low right now. Any advice on picking up the pieces would be helpful.
