...See more hey! im in need of advice. although this is not all of my friends, ive seen a consistent bunch of my friends bringing down my self esteem. some of them say really mean things like “youre not special, you dont matter.” and im not sure what to do. my self esteem is already low, because for a large period of my life ive faced the exact same comments from family members. i need some advice. how do i deal with this? any tips would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

...See more hey! im kinda new to 7cups, ive had this app for a few weeks but never really used it save for a few general support chats. im currently still in school, but every single time i finish an assignment it feels like theres 7 more to do. also, ive been trying my best to please my mom but it seems like its never enough for her. i no longer feel satisfaction from my accomplishments.. ive stopped sleeping well and get nightmares abt grades, i barely socialize, the only thing motivating me to keep going is the idea that ill eventually get a break. does anyone have any advice? it would be greatly appreciated.
