Anxiety in my relationship

...See more Wondering if anyone else out there gets anxiety like I do in their romatic relationship? My boyfriend and I are solid and very in love for 3 years. But I get anxiety sometimes I feel like he just doesn't understand, and almost makes me feel worse instead of better. He will tell me it is in my head and I do it to myself, I make myself feel this way. Example: I might get anxiety if I call him and he doesnt answer...my first thoughts always go right to he is hurt or needs help. I continue to try to contact him as my anxiety turns into panic. He thinks I assume he is cheating on me and that I don't trust him even though this is not the case. I feel as though I can seem controlling at times, and I am so worried this is going to eventually ruin the relationship we have. I went through a horrible past long term relationship that has changed me, from super easy going and relaxed to an anxiety ridden ball of panic!
