...See more My girlfriend & I met in college and were together for three years. We then parted ways for the next ten years but stayed important parts of one another's lives as we worked through some things. We finally found our way to a place where we could be happily together and have been living together for the past five years. I found out three months ago that she had been cheating on me, claiming that she felt lost in our relationship and that this other person appreciated the current version of her? But she also claims to still love me and now doesn't know what to do?!? I KNOW I should just walk away...but she is my PERSON and I can't carry the weight of being the one to make the decision to end things? It will DESTROY me?!? Am I kidding myself to think there is still a chance for us???
