...See more I was diagnosed with PTSD over a year ago from trauma I've carried since childhood. But daily tasks and events have not gotten any easier. I feel like I'm in the exact same spot as I was last year, in respect to learning coping techniques, nothing works. Everything I practice gets thrown out the window when I need it. I still can't work through a single one of my panic attacks. The flashbacks I experience have been more intense and frequent. I do see a therapist but rarely get in. I can't continue to live like this, it's exghausting. I don't want to be scared all the time and I don't want to be panicking all the time. Is there something wrong with me and that's why it's taking me so long to catch onto grounding techniques and coping skills? I want to be able to just breathe. Are some techniques easer to use than others? How are you all working through? I know everyone is different and not 1 technique works for everyone, but I'm kind of at my end and I'll take anything.
