Hi

I've been living with depression for a long time, but it's gotten worse lately and I have no one in my life that I can talk to. I guess I'm just looking for a connection and understanding.. I also hope I can help others who are struggling.

...See more I feel so worthless and am struggling to love myself. I am not attractive and also not that intelligent. There's a part of me that knows that EVERYONE on this planet is worth something and deserves love, no matter how they look and regardless of how intelligent they are. We are all different and unique in our own ways. But I still feel like there's no hope for me. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to improve my mindset? Is there anything that helps you fight off your negative thoughts?
