...See more I was always a person who “ate a lot”. I’ve tried planning what I’ll eat for a whole week or atleast for a couple of days and it seems to work , only temporarily. Today morning I’d decided to cook for myself but right now I just ordered food which I’m sure could be enough for me for 3 meals. I’m low on money, I know that, there’s food in the house, I know I’m getting into obese category now, I know that, but I still couldn’t resist the temptation or ordering in. Why can’t I control it, control myself and mainly why can’t I stop overeating and stress eating I don’t understand. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
