...See more Hi, I've been struggling with this for a few years now, and cant seem to stop. Im almost 15 and have been having body struggles since i was 12, i used to starve myself during the day at school and then binge on everything when i got home. Now, I found myself so lost i decided to start homeschooling, which has been much better for my mental health but much worse for my binge ed. Ive been eating so much more. Its like a repetative cycle. I'd binge for days on end and then eat super healthy and try to excersize it all off. I feel stuck on this loop and just want to feel normal. I've been going to therapy in real life, but i don't feel like its working. I just want to recover.
