Lump in throat

...See more im feeling really stressed and anxious at the moment - I have a constant lump in my throat. It feels like my throat is closing up, like an object is stuck in my neck and it’s bringing on panic attacks. Has anybody experienced this? Or is currently experiencing it? :( I believe it’s called Globus Pharyngeus.
