Lump in throat

im feeling really stressed and anxious at the moment - I have a constant lump in my throat. It feels like my throat is closing up, like an object is stuck in my neck and it’s bringing on panic attacks. Has anybody experienced this? Or is currently experiencing it? :( I believe it’s called Globus Pharyngeus.

Idk for certain but Laryngopharyngeal reflux could maybe be one idea. If you're getting acid from your stomach in your throat it can cause it to swell and cause symptoms like this. Id go to the doctor though they can make sure that its not something more serious or rule things out.
