...See more I have this constant fear of losing my job, which started some months back when our old project got over and the new project where I am asked to work on, it feels like I know nothing and so no one wants to work with me. At home I have this constant fear that something will go wrong and somehow I will be blamed for it. 2 weeks ago my bank closed my savings account without notice and my money is stuck with them, which they say they will transfer to my other bank account by this Wednesday. It's been a shock to me and since then I had been feeling low . I'm unable to concentrate on my work or m

...See more Since some months I have this feeling that I am not good at anything and I'm not living or working as per expectations of others or even my own. I get scared if I get something new to do at work or at home something goes wrong. I've been having thoughts like would it better if I would not be around. I dont feel like doing anything as i think ill not be able to do it or just mess it up. I'm scared all the time of anything going wrong.
