Hello! My name is Leyla. I have used 7 Cups as a member and have been a listener for about 2 years. I have lots of personal experience with mental health and have been trained outside of the listener training here as a peer counselor. I am here if you need to talk about your struggles and want help and also if you just would like somebody to talk to. Issues that I find myself successful with helping are depression, self harm, anxiety, friendship/relationship issues, stress, and trauma/PTSD, among other things.
