Hey there! I am suffering from major anxiety issues and panic attacks which are disturbing my daily life. So I am here to make a change in the way i look towards different situations , to make a change for better and heal from within.

...See more I am highly anxious when it comes to talking to people, and currently its eating me up so much. I get out of words and froze whenever i have to talk to someone. I feel like they'll just laugh at me or this how dumb i am. Its a constant fear which is making me more of an introvert every single day. Whether its asking doubts in classes, or giving interviews even if i am all prepared have all knowledgeable i just can't put myself out there and show them my potential. Or if it's making new friends. I just don't get it how people do it. And no matter how hard i try i just can't talk. Can anyone please tell me how to feel confident and just talk without having anxiety.
