Coping with depression and working full time?

...See more Hi all, I currently work full time in a corporate office and find it EXTREMELY hard to function because of my depression. Anyone have tips on how to not dread getting up in the morning? Gotta work to survive...unfortunately.

...See more Let's see who else is dreading work tomorrow? ME! I have been dealing with depression, anxiety, self harm and an eating disorder for about 5 years now. There have been good times and bad times, but the past 2 years have just been completely draining. It's only gotten worse the past few years. I'm doing my best to try and be positive and keep myself occupied but can barely peel myself off the couch most days. I'm real good at being there for others, just not so much for myself. Anyway, lets hope we all make it through this week!
