...See more Is there anyone here whom i could talk to that grew up with overbearing parents...Anyone overly dependent on others because you are so afraid of screwing up, or that you will be disregarding someone else's feelings if you do anything for youself? Someone with experience overcoming co-dependent relationships would be so helpful. I am 29 and still never lived on my own. It's depressing but I am SO AFRAID of failure. The last time I failed I locked myself in the bathroom and bawled for hours, which I realize is not normal and it is embarrassing that i get like that. If anyone can relate, feel free to message me. (I am new to this site so forgive me if idk how it all works yet!)
