Should I wait for her?

...See more I've just gotten out of a 5 year relationship with my girlfriend. We were together for 3 years then spent another 2 year in a long distance relationship. She plans to stay on in that country to work for at least another 2 years. I was fine with that from the beginning. Now, she wants to end the relationship. Initially, she wanted a break from relationships. She has been in 2 relationships in total over the span of 8 years, 5 of those years were with me. She now wants to spend some time being single and make life decisions without considering anyone else. I feel that we still love each other very much. Things were as perfect as it can get between us. I just got back from visiting her 4 months ago. She cannot promise that she'll come back home after 2 years. RIght now, she doesn't want to tie me down in this relationship and she did say that she wants me forever but not right now. This was my first serious relationship by the way and it has had a very huge emotional impact on me. I still love her very much and want nothing but the best for her. We're still in contact and we're talking as friends. Part of me still hopes to reconnect one day and start a family with her. I'm just afraid that the day wouldn't come and I will be heart-broken again. That brings me to my questions, should i wait for her?
