...See more Does anyone have any resources or recommendations for someone who has anxious attachment? I am seriously struggling. My partner is amazing. We’ve only been together officially for about 2 months but this is one of the healthiest relationships I’ve ever been in. I really don’t want my anxiety to screw this up. Even though he’s never given me a reason to, every time I don’t get a text back in a certain amount of time I start to panic. Or periods where he says he’s going out/busy, my brain automatically thinks he’s cheating. I want to go to therapy but I’m currently uninsured and poor.
