Anxious Attachment

Does anyone have any resources or recommendations for someone who has anxious attachment? I am seriously struggling. My partner is amazing. We’ve only been together officially for about 2 months but this is one of the healthiest relationships I’ve ever been in. I really don’t want my anxiety to screw this up. Even though he’s never given me a reason to, every time I don’t get a text back in a certain amount of time I start to panic. Or periods where he says he’s going out/busy, my brain automatically thinks he’s cheating. I want to go to therapy but I’m currently uninsured and poor.

Therapy is often just going over these things not always a fix.   relationships are by nature a thing that we question.

Is the text time and worrying about cheating held over from some other relationship?    if so why punish your new partner for things others did. i know it is hard to let go of the thoughts but if we never trust how do we determine if this person is trustworthy?    i really wish overthinking and stressing about what if's were exercise i would not need to work out lol   in the end i see letting things go until i have valid reason is so much better for not only my mental health but physical as well you can feel your bp drop when we turn off stress mode.
