...See more Hello, I’m a young dude approaching my mid 20s and have been addicted to porn/masturbation for almost a decade now. To say it has ruined my life is an understatement. I can’t seem to go more than 24 hours without indulging in this demonic act and has stopped the best football ( soccer ) player in my town from achieving my goals to making it to pro level. This has done irreversible damage to me already but I’m determined to cut it old. Please help. Does having a regular sexual partner help?
