...See more It all started with a simple mistake that triggered it and when though that’s resolved and I’m ok it’s like the anxiety won’t go away. I’m been on edge all day feeling like my brain and body are on fire and like there’s a 1ton block on my chest. It’s starting to drag me into my depression which then triggers ideation and SH urges and it just stars feeding itself at that point. I’ve never really found a good method for coping with this
