How to keep your mind balanced when studying pressure is overwhelming

...See more Hi everyone, I am a student, about to enter the final exam semester with a heavy workload and schedule. Lately, I have been feeling quite stressed: insomnia, stress, and difficulty concentrating. I want to find a way to maintain stable mental health during exam season. I want to ask you: What do you usually do to reduce stress during stressful study times? Are there any techniques to help you sleep easily and relax easily after studying or reviewing for exams? When the pressure is too great, how do you balance studying, resting, and keeping a good spirit? If anyone has personal experiences or specific suggestions (habits, mental exercises, time management, etc.), I would love to hear them. Thank you very much! ...See more Hi everyone, I am a sophomore and have recently been feeling very stressed with the amount of homework and exam preparation. I often lose focus, feel stressed, and sometimes feel unmotivated. I would like to open a topic for everyone to share their experiences, strategies or habits to help manage study stress, increase study efficiency and maintain mental health. For example: how to make a study plan, relaxation techniques, group study methods, or any tools you have tried and found effective.  I hope to receive many practical and sincere shares from the community, so that we can learn and support each other to overcome study pressure healthily.
