...See more Hi, I've been struggling with anxiety for a while now. My main difficulty is sleep -I generally get to sleep OK but then either wake up and /or am very restless through the night. I take medication which helps me get to sleep but I never feel refreshed because of my sleep being restless. Has anyone got any advice about getting more restful sleep?
