...See more Like what I’m supposed to eat in toxic family when there barely is any food for me and they’re on diet all the time. I feel so agitated cuz today just sucked. My intrusive thoughts make me so sad. Just now I took pill to stop this headache and be back to normal very soon. And Saturday flew by🐙😩🖐🏻

...See more As someone who is alone most of the time, being my own best friend❤️ can be challenging at times. Yes, I’m here for myself & at the same time I can’t avoid loneliness and emptiness I feel on the inside. It would be nice to be seen, know it would make my day but in case not, I’ll just do my own dose of positivity… 🐙💙 tho any word would be greatly appreciated🐙😭💕 ~ (I love octopus, sun, I’m excited for autumn, color: red, I love sleeping by dawn)

...See more Yk what’s it like. Being in toxic family for years to no ends leads to profound isolation and loneliness is my daily companion. Today I faced those feelings again. This takes immense amount of strength and awareness not to run away from reality. I did it and I know I’ll have to do it again countless of times.
