Yk what’s it like. Being in toxic family for years to no ends leads to profound isolation and loneliness is my daily companion. Today I faced those feelings again. This takes immense amount of strength and awareness not to run away from reality. I did it and I know I’ll have to do it again countless of times. @thoughtfulOcean3371 Hugs you. There're so many reasons behind the toxicity, I used to feel like you in my childhood. However, I'm improving my mindset and soul to care what fits for me.
