...See more Hi , I have been really sad , numb, just going through the motions, wake up work eat sleep and again .. its like I have nothing to look forward to .. I know I should be thankful I have my kids and grandkids but somehow I feel like I am watching my life go by from the outside.. like I am not even participating.. .. I am just overall sad ..
